Tools

A froe is a funny sounding word. But it is a serious tool. When having firewood was necessary to sustain life, it was invaluable.

It is used by setting the froe's blade on the end of a log and hitting the other side of the froe's blade with a hammer made of wood. Here is a picture of a froe and hammer resting on a log.
